The Ruby Princess is the newest ship coming from Princess Cruises. She reached a construction milestone on February 1 when she had her official "float" out of drydock. Amenities on the new ship include an adults-only "Sanctuary", "movies under the stars" outdoor theater, and 900 cabins with private balconies.
