Thinking Spring
|
It may be the deadliest part of the dead of winter for many of us, but we're less than two months away from the start of Major League Baseball's spring training season. Heading to Florida or Arizona to see some baseball is a good excuse to get away from the cold and the snow. TheRealPlaces.com has the web's friendliest guide to finding places to stay near all of the baseball spring training stadiums. The only new stadium for 2014 is Cubs Park - they haven't sold the naming rights yet - in Mesa, Arizona. It's just a couple of miles west of the Cubs' former home, HoHoKam Park, also in Mesa.

New Cruise Ships for 2014
|
Three big new ships launch in 2014. The Norwegian Getaway gets things started in February. It offers 7-night Eastern Caribbean cruises out of Miami year-round. Princess Cruise's Regal Princess launches in May. It makes Mediterranean cruises this summer, then moves to Fort Lauderdale for the winter. Royal Caribbean's Quantum of the Seas arrives in November. This much-anticipated ship with amusement rides like sky-diving simulator, capsule ride, and Seaplex amusements, will offer Bahamas and Caribbean cruises from Cape Liberty in New Jersey.

Las Vegas Golf Guide |
Our network of travel sites has always included some popular regional golf sites and we're happy to announce the addition of Golf-in-Vegas.com. We've given the site a fresh new look and updated the database to cover all the golf courses in the Las Vegas area. In addition to Vegas, we'll also be emphasizing golf elsewhere in Nevada
and in other desert spots.
