Cruise to a Private Island

Royal Caribbean, Carnival Cruise Line, and Disney Cruise Line own private islands in the Bahamas, and you can cruise to them out of Port Canaveral, Florida. The little islands are exclusive playgrounds for cruise passengers.
Royal Caribbean's island is
CocoCay.
You can go snorkeling, ride a wave runner, soar on a parasail, walk a nature trail, or relax in a hammock or lounge chair. Lunch on the beach is included.
Disney Cruise's island is
Castaway Cay.
As you would expect it is a tremendous playground for kids, but Serenity Bay beach is reserved just for adults. The ship docks at a pier, and is easily accessible throughout the day. Rent sailboats, kayaks or snorkel gear. Swim with stingrays. Splash in the water park.
