When Will Cruises Resume?
|
The return of cruises is up in the air because the Centers for Disease Control has not accepted recovery plans for the cruise lines yet. Tentatively, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Disney cruise lines intend to be the first to come back by resuming operations on September 16.
Carnival, Princess, Holland America, Norwegian and Oceania plan to resume operations on October 1.
Cruises to Canada on all lines are unlikely to return this year because the Canadian ports are currently closed to the ships. Likewise cruises to Bermuda.
